Welcome to our lab website
The goal of our research is to study the mechanisms that regulate form and patterning of neuronal circuitry during embryonic brain development, using tadpoles of the frog Xenopus laevis as an in vivo vertebrate model system.
We also highlight and specify how tools and approaches from visual arts can be used to enhance concepts in science and medical education.
